Parent Online Gradebook Access
Westville School District has a new online grading system this year. An e-mail was sent to all parents who provided a valid e-mail address at registration. If you supplied an e-mail address and did not receive a welcome letter please check your spam/junk folder for an e-mail from teacherease.
To create a new account, parents must provide the following information:
- School Name
- Student Name
- Student Date of Birth
- Parent/Guardian Name
- Parent E-mail Address
To one of the following school staff members:
Judith Giacoma Elementary: Vickie Gabehart, 267-2154 ext. 252
Westville Junior High School: Corissa Jenkins , 267-2185 ext. 320
Westville High School: Tracy Jordan, 267-2183 ext. 403
Westville District Office: Lisa Coburn, 267-3141 ext. 441
Once the information has been entered, you will receive an e-mail with a link and password. If you do not get this e-mail, please check your spam/junk mail to see if it has been blocked.
For families without internet access, computers are available at the Westville Public Library to access the Online Gradebook.
We hope this service will help improve communication between school and home and serve as a useful tool for parents and families.
